Shikha is the founder and director of Be.artsy - an awareness expert and leading social enterprise since 2010. A Forbes India W-Power Trailblazers and winner of IIM Banglore’s Alumni Achiever Award in 2019-20 for the impact category ‘Social’.
Shikha has raised awareness for 15000 women & launched India’s first financial literacy course ‘Be Your Own Lakshmi’.
She has directed 1300+ financial literacy sessions as a leading awareness partner for National Stock Exchange (NSE), Metropolitan Stock Exchange (MSE), and Franklin Templeton since 2016 under her company Be.artsy. (www.be-artsy.com).
She has successfully built a strong reputation for financial literacy awareness programmes for over 250 organisations.
In January 2022, Shikha launched India’s first Ed-Tech to impart skills for success in the real world ‘Be Your Own Shakti’ with financial literacy as a flagship course.
She is also a well-established awareness expert on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment for the International Labour Organisation, Air India, PepsiCo India, Tata Coffee to name a few!
